MEZEST 40 mg contains Esomeprazole 40 mg. It is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) medicine used to reduce stomach acid production and treat acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.

Uses:

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Relief of heartburn and acid reflux symptoms
Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers
Prevention and treatment of NSAID-induced gastric ulcers
Management of excessive stomach acid production conditions (as prescribed)

Dose:

Adults: Usually 20–40 mg once daily, or as directed by a physician
