LYRINEX 75 mg contains Pregabalin 75 mg. It is an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain medicine used to treat nerve pain, certain seizure disorders, fibromyalgia, and generalized anxiety disorder (where prescribed).

Uses:

Treatment of neuropathic (nerve) pain
Adjunctive treatment of partial-onset seizures
Management of fibromyalgia
Treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (as prescribed)

Dose:

Adults: Usually 150–600 mg daily in 2–3 divided doses, or as directed by a physician
Treatment is generally started at a lower dose and adjusted according to the patient's response
Take the medicine with or without food
Dose adjustment may be required in patients with impaired kidney function
Do not stop the medicine suddenly; taper the dose gradually under medical supervision
