NIPROLAC 200 ml Syrup contains Lactulose. It is an osmotic laxative that helps soften stool by increasing water content in the bowel and promotes bowel movement.
Uses:
- Treatment of constipation
- Relief of hard and difficult-to-pass stools
- Prevention and treatment of hepatic encephalopathy (high ammonia levels due to liver disease)
- Helps maintain regular bowel movements
Dose:
- Adults: Usually 15–30 ml once daily or as directed by a physician
- Dose may be adjusted according to bowel response
