Description:
UCRAFATE 1000mg Tablet contains Sucralfate 1000 mg. It is a gastroprotective medicine that forms a protective coating over ulcers and damaged areas of the stomach lining.
Uses:
- Duodenal ulcer
- Gastric ulcer
- Gastritis (stomach lining irritation)
- Helps protect the stomach lining from acid damage
Dose:
- Usually 1 tablet (1000 mg) 2–4 times daily or as directed by a doctor.
- Take on an empty stomach, usually 1 hour before meals and at bedtime.
- Swallow the tablet with water.
- Avoid taking other medicines within 2 hours of sucralfate unless advised by a doctor, as it may affect absorption.
