DIAZID MR 60 mg contains Gliclazide Modified Release 60 mg. It is an oral sulfonylurea antidiabetic medicine used to control blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes by increasing insulin release from the pancreas.

Uses:

Management of type 2 diabetes mellitus
Helps reduce and maintain blood glucose levels
Used along with diet and exercise for better diabetes control
Used when lifestyle modification alone is not enough to control blood sugar

Dose:

Adults: Usually 30–120 mg once daily, or as directed by a physician
Take the tablet with breakfast or the first main meal of the day
