Description:
SALOST DR 35mg Tablet contains Risedronate Sodium 35 mg (Delayed-Release). It is a bisphosphonate used to prevent and treat osteoporosis and other bone disorders by slowing bone loss and increasing bone strength.
Uses:
- Treatment and prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis
- Osteoporosis in men
- Corticosteroid-induced osteoporosis
- Reduces the risk of bone fractures
Dose:
- Usually 35 mg once weekly or as directed by a doctor.
- Take the delayed-release tablet immediately after breakfast with a full glass of plain water.
- Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush, chew, or split.
- Remain upright (sitting or standing) for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet.
