ZEMICEF 100MG/5ML SYRUP 30ML contains Cefixime 100 mg/5 mL. It is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Uses:

Treats respiratory tract infections.
Treats ear, nose, and throat infections.
Treats urinary tract infections.
Treats typhoid fever and other susceptible bacterial infections.

Dose:

Take as directed by a registered physician.
The usual pediatric dose is 8 mg/kg/day, given as a single dose or in two divided doses, depending on the severity of the infection.
